“ This place didn't last long in Grosshansdorf and I had thought it went out of business. Was invited here for lunch by a business partner and hadn't realized this was the same people. It's OK at best. Nothing special except for the location. It is a nice space and the view out on to the Binnenalster is really nice. Otherwise, the food is mediocre and the service is not really interested in outperforming. I really can't complain about anything but I wouldn't go back. Nothing defines this place or really justifies making an effort to come here. It is far too standard for the price-point to really differentiate itself from just about any other mid-level Italian restaurant that will be cheaper as it's not located at this high-rent location. ”

“ Fratelli does modern Italian amazingly well, and they served me the best turbot I’ve ever had with a truffle beurre blanc (amazing!). However, they were severely understaffed this Wednesday evening, and even though the waiter worked for two people and did everything in his might, it was a bit too noticeable during waiting times. How very unfortunate. Food was so good, that I’ll have to visit again. I hope that the service is more on point during my next visit. ”
